The Springfield story

Founded in April 2016 by Billie and her mother, Jennie, our business has undergone a remarkable transformation from traditional kennels in South Wales to a modern luxury boarding facility. Billie's passion for animals and dedication to providing a relaxing country getaway for dogs has led to Springfield becoming the only kennel in Caerphilly Borough permitted to socialise dogs in groups.

Now, with a dedicated team passionately focused on the wellbeing and joy of each furry guest, our mission is to redefine the standards of pet care, one pup at a time.

Picked our two 10 month old Labradors from Springfields yesterday we can’t thank them enough the staff are friendly reassuring and sent us videos and text updates of the dogs playing and how well they had settled in. Will definitely be booking them in again for future holidays. There is plenty of room in the kennel’s to move around in and they loved running around in the field.
