SIMPLE GUIDELINES TO KEEP EVERY Guest HAPPY

To ensure all our adorable guests enjoy a stress-free and safe stay, we have a few friendly guidelines we ask all dogs and owners to follow:

AGE AND NEUTERING REQUIREMENTS

All male dogs over 9 months must be neutered.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Your dog must be up to date with vaccinations, including the kennel cough vaccine. We’ll also need proof of flea and worming treatments.

A TRIAL DAY BEFORE STAYING

New guests are required to attend a trial day to make sure that both your dog and our team are comfortable and confident about the stay.

SOCIAL FRIENDLINESS

Dogs must be comfortable around other dogs as we allow them to socialise during their stay.

HOUSE TRAINING

All dogs must be house trained and confident in sleeping in a quiet space, like the kitchen.

NO EXCESSIVE BARKING

We like to keep our environment peaceful for both our dogs and neighbours.

NO DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR

Billie is house proud, so we kindly ask for no destructive behaviour during your dog’s stay.

SIZE RESTRICTIONS

We can only accommodate small to medium-sized dogs.

RAW FedD DIET

Unfortunayley we cannot accept dogs that are on a RAW Fed Diet.
