Important information about our doggie day care  

Before your furry friend becomes part of the Springfield family, let's go over some terms and conditions. Here are our rules:

Due to our unique outdoor and socialising policy, we can’t accept entire (non-castrated) males over 9 months old. Although most males are good in a social environment, neutered males can sometimes react.

We are unwilling to accept reactive dogs. Although we are happy to build trust and confidence with our guests, we’re unable to accept dogs that struggle in social environments.

New guests to Springfield need at least one trial day. For health and safety reasons, we might refuse guests we feel are not suited or comfortable in a social environment.

All dogs staying must be fully vaccinated, including the kennel cough vaccine. The kennel cough vaccine must be administered at least two weeks before any stays with us.
